About the Course

This 8 week course explores how yoga can support our mental health and wellbeing in partnership with Total Wellbeing. Healing from depression and anxiety is a multifaceted process. The yoga tradition understands the mind and body connection.  This creates the opportunity to positively affect our mental health by working with the body, mind, and breath together.

This course is for people experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood and physical health conditions affecting your mental wellbeing. You don’t need to have any experience of yoga in order to take part. We will offer variations both on the mat and a chair.
