Class Information

This class is for people who would like to explore how yoga can support their wellbeing and may have felt their mental and/or physical health have been a barrier. This class is for all bodies! No prior experience of yoga is required and the sessions will be adaptive to meet your physical and mental health needs. Each class will include movement, breath work and mindfulness.
